1) In THIS thread, a list of rejected suggestions/rules/suggestions not to ask for.
2) In the FAQ thread, a thread with a list of all of the already answered questions, with links to the answers (anything linked should then be locked)
3) An overall forum rules thread, with specifics and punishments. Should include rules on language, conduct, and sigs.
